    Quick paperwork, clean environment and exceptional customer service

    Cassandra when above and beyond helping me get the right service for my needs. I was actually deciding between another storage and CubeSmart but Cassandra was able to clarify any misgivings I had. There was an issue with my address and she worked to get me the most accurate solution per the business' policy rather than a simple, easy answer that could have excluded some information. 10/10 would recommend.

    Front door broken: tedious to load through small door

    Upon check-in, we learnt that the main front door was under reparations, so we had to load all our furniture through a small door, which made everything way more difficult. The lady at the front desk was very kind and it's not her fault at all, but we still found this to not be a very nice surprise. It would have been more correct to call us and warn us in advance!

    Great service!

    Customer service was incredible—quick to drop off luggage and finalize paperwork. One downside is that there are some additional fees like insurance, admin fee, and buying a lock that they do not advertise.
