Clean, good pricing, access tricky for me

Unit and facility are clean, not far from the highway. Staff, especially Janelle, were great. I found the online setup complicated, and I didn't like that they make you pay $19.99 for a lock and then you have to contact them to return it for a refund. My access code came via email and I was able to use the keypad for access. However, you're supposed to back into a loading dock, using the phone app to open the gate. That didn't work for me. The phone needed to be a foot or two from the sensor, which meant that I could not use the app from inside the car and had to use the keypad instead. Also, it's not clear on the app which of the various doors and gates is the one you want to open. They should put a physical label on each gate so you know which one to select.

Storage Unit

The facility is relatively new and clean. However, there should be additional/more pull carts to use and the doorway/elevator entrance is small (given that as a storage unit, a lot of large/bulk items need to fit through).
