CubeSmart Self Storage - Waltham

The on-site experience was wonderful but the charges were different

When I called to reserve a unit the call center didn't disclose the added administration fees and insurance and the lock charge. They also told me there was no notice required to vacate the unit. The on-site experience was wonderful but they did inform me of the additional fees and the requirement to pay their monthly insurance. There is also notice required to vacate. They do not prorate, only charge a straight monthly fee. Our customer service person on-site was very helpful and the paperwork was efficient. The facility was very clean and easy to maneuver with the provided flat bed carts. We were able to pack up our daughter's dorm room and store her things very quickly for the summer.

Great location excellent staff very helpful

Anthony was of great assistance to me . Being my first time using really personable and very helpful made everything real easy to move stuff

Super easy in and out

Very pleased. Was a little nervous about a third floor far corner unit but itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s so easy to get in and out with the ample carts available the far corner and elevator is no problem at all. I also really like the multiple levels of security to code in and out. Not only does my stuff feel secure but I felt very comfortable leaving my car in the loading zone. Huge fan.

Best storage unit in town.

Everything was super quick and easy, and the customer service was top-notch!

Very clean and easy to access

I used CubeSmart for the first time to store excess items from my house as I staged it for sale. The whole process was easy and the facility was very clean and easy to get in/out. I would use them again.

Clean, convenient, and secure with helpful staff.

The process is smooth and efficient, the facility is top notch, the staff is friendly and helpful, and it's priced fairly. What more could you ask!

Clean, helpful staff, quick and easy move-in

Everything was clean, the manager was exceptionally helpful, and it was overall a swift and no-stress move-in. We got our first month free and the prices are unbeatable in the area.

Easy and simple to use, very friendly reception

I am wondering if I have to buy a lock at the front desk. The receptionist told me that I have to use one of the locked provided by the front desk, either the disk or the lock at $17.99 I wonder if that's the case. I have to purchase it? Can't I bring my own lock? Other than that the facility is great. Nice air conditioning.

Great location, and staff

Renting with CubeSmart was really easy, I was able to book online well in advance of other facilities. The manager was very helpful and attentive, he called me before my booked move in to see if I had questions. Getting the unit was a simple process.

safe, secure, service and accessibility - initial offer was a great price!

New facility with a solid team and great location. Recommend!
