Good service, poor cleanliness

The desk service rep was very nice, organized and helpful. When I looked in the unit itself, I was disappointed in the state of the inside. It looked like it had not been occupied for a while and there were spider webs and insect cocoons and dead roaches everywhere. I came back later with my own broom to sweep up. There was also a large bag of old beer cans by the door.

Easy sign up process, super clean facility!

I came to Tower Mill Self storage after searching for good rate online. Theirs was the best for what I needed. I made my reservation and came into the office on my move in date. The set up is a little confusing as the leasing office is inside Amaral Realty office. Once inside though the agent/receptionist was very friendly and the process was incredibly easy and seamless. Everything was straightforward. I was shown to the storage area (you have to drive down and around to the back of the building) but my escort made sure my code worked and made sure my storage unit door worked as well. The facility I think is pretty new so everything is PRISTINE and clean. The facility also happens to be very close to my new apt so the location coupled with the pricing made this a no brainer for me. I would absolutely recommend this facility to others who may be looking!

I reserved the unit one month prior to moving date, when I arrived i had to search for office for unit and took an hour with my movers waiting with my property in the truck for storage. Apparently the person who handles storage was on vacation, and had to go through process again to rent the unit. This should’ve been taken care of when I reserved the unit initially, luckily there was a unit available on moving date. Although I paid the movers the extra hour they waited, they had another move scheduled for which they were late.
