Loved is just what I needed clean and the size was perfect for the price.

Convenient Process

From finding the space through SpareFoot to opening gates with an app, no contact process was very convenient. One of the bulbs in the unit was not working and overall the facility was not super clean, but it does the job and the price was good too. I am a happy camper.

I have utilized this location before and found it to be very clean and safe. The folks in the office were very professional. That was the reason for returning to this location.

The person at the phone was kind of...

The person at the phone was kind of rude but once i talk personally with her was very helpful... the only bad part was that I made used of an orange cart to transport my stuff to the storage room and there was a guy who wants to start a fight ... he started yelling at me saying that where did I leave the orange cart i told him where I left the car was the same place I found it and he star insulting me verbally and want me to fight I get very angry and I get close to him and he star saying ok touch me and u call the cops .... I get confused due he was asking to fight and suddenly he was saying if u touch me I call the cops .... I notice there was no security or anything at the place so I just let him screaming and I walk away laughing thinking how dangerous this could be for someone who can not defend it self ...

I ran into a snag for the first time at this location. Trisha DiPietro, a new manager, was great in that she went above board to correct my problems in a very short and meaningful manner.

I recently rented at the revere location. Very happy with facility and Michelle in the office was very helpful. Would highly recommend.

Came here and was glad to meet Michelle, she was so helpful ! Seriously I have no clue what I'm doing and she was so patient with me and walked me through it. Not many places have nice people as nice as she was! Definitely recommending this storage !

I rented a storage unit here a couple of weeks ago. Michelle at the front desk was excellent to work with. Highly recommend. Seems easy to use and price seems fine as well.

Public Storage

customer service was great. The rate is reasonable. The premise is clean and security looks good. The only issue I had was with the transport carts. I had difficulty getting a cart 2 out of the 3 times I have visited the storage unit. I think that has more to do with people taking them and hiding them than it has to do with the company but

Great place to have your stuff, and they are very helpful.

I had plenty of time to move things in, and move things out.
