    Very nice experience

    This is my first experience with renting a storage facility and it was great! Place is clean, storage space was clean and move in went great. Glad I came here to store my belongings!

    Easy to excess and the units I chose were very clean!

    Upon entering the grounds I was met by a very nice young man. I was unsure about the size of a unit I would need. He helped me out and was right on to the last box. I am very impressed with the service I received. I recommend this storage unit to my so son who is using them as well as my dad. I will continue to recommend.

    Deceitful

    They hold your items where you are unable to go and get them and remove them from their facility! You pay for units you are unable to use! Awful awful!

    Awful customer service

    After several months of a non working elevator we are still paying for a unit that we can not 1. Put anything else in or 2. Take it out and get the out of there as soon as we can! We are having to pay for something we can not use because of their faulty equipment. They refuse to work to help us cancel our agreement, they refuse to refund or negotiate a lesser rent for the time (ALMOST A YEAR!!!!) where they apparently are too stupid to call a repair company and get it fixed! It’s absolutely absurd to have an agreement for a unit and they are not holding up their end of the bargain and once again it isn’t weeks we are going on a year!!! Please stay away from this fraudulent company!
