    Excellent Customer Service

    I was looking for a decent priced storage unit & came upon Castle Storage in Braintree on line. I locked in my rate. Went to the facility. Met with Steve to fill out paperwork & he was very knowledgeable, helpful, & quick. I was in & out. This is one of the best storage facilities I’ve ever seen! I love it!

    Clean and secure

    The location is spotless clean, and very secure and supervised. Extremely well managed, I have had excellent experiences with all staff. Very professional and friendly. I have been with them now for almost two years. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

    they made it easy

    The whole process was easy, fast and clean. They helped us pick the right size storage unit and actually were able to find a unit on the first floor which saved us a lot of aggravation.

    Excellent Service. This storage place is clean and climate controlled.

    I have rented here for years and have no complaints. The employees are helpful and the place is always clean. I recommend renting your next unit at the Castle.
