I really like that Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m getting the 2nd month free to store my vehicle!

Very well managed and very helpful

We were able to move things into our storage very quickly and easily. They took the time to show us where it is, how to lock it and when the handle was stuck, they immediately sent someone to fix it. Great service!

Outstanding Service

Overall i have to say i am very pleased with my decision to use cube smart for a place to store my belongings. The location is perfect. The monthly rate & move in fee just right, not overly expensive at all. And the customer service my grandfather and I recieved from the employee was outstanding. I give 10 stars and highly recommend to anyone

Very helpful staff and easy process

CubeSmart was simple in how it worked and the front desk person was extremely detailed in explaining how everything worked and very helpful.

Convenient

First time using storage so don't have a basis for comparison, but it was better than I imagined. Everything went well and the staff were very helpful

It is what it is!

Not safe at night, it's located in most dangerous part of the city. But employees are awesome and very helpful.

Great service!

Overall, my experience was quick, easy to understand, and simple!

Competitive pricing and great customer service

There is a uhaul rental place coveniently across the street. Access to storage after hours is a plus - although probably a little scary to wander around in the dark. Customer service was great!! It doesn't smell super fresh, especially in the basement...but what do you expect? It's basically an old garage for rent.

Shione @ Cube Smart in Roxbury

I had a wonderful experience with Cube Smart in Roxbury. Shione was the best. She was honest, professional, thorough and nice. She made sure I understood all aspects of the unit, facility, monthly fees and insurance before leaving. The facility is extremely convenient for me and the location couldn't be better. I would definitely recommend this facility to other people. The only thing that would make it better would be of the prices were a little lower.

2ND TIME RENTAL

I HAVE RENTED FROM YOU BEFORE AND SERVICE AND QUALITY WERE EXCELLENT AS USUAL, CUSTOMER SERIVCE WAS OUTSTANDING. PAM GREENE FROM YOUR MASS AVE BOSTON OFFICE, WAS GREAT, HAD ALL THE ANSWERS, SHE WAS PLEASANT,MADE FANTASTIC SUGGESTIONS, ON SPACE, FRIENDLY AND LISTENED TO WHAT YOU NEEDED. I WILL LET EVERYONE KNOW THIS FACILITY IS THE BEST FOR STORAGE AND MOVING. SINCERELY,

It's all about location, location, lovation. Right across from uhaul.

Clean unit and great customer service. Enough said.

Good for the price.

Make sure you get a moving palate and can back up your truck all the way to the storage entrance.

Great experience!

Well-lighted, spotless, secure facility; knowledgeable and friendly staff; ease and convenience of access. All one could want in a storage facility.

Friendly, easy going folks...easy access.

front desk staff very friendly, they provide a lock for you and a icart to move your stuff. as a nice bonus they have a small moving truck you can borrow when you move out.
