The storage floor was dirty and I...

The storage floor was dirty and I didn't like that the clerk was kind of pressuring us to reserve same day because the prices will change. There should be a list of prices that are set for different storage sizes and the special offers like the one dollar for the 1st month should be clearly stated that it's only for the smallest size and not applicable to the bigger storage,other storage companies offer free month to any size.

I have used a lot of storage type places in the past, I found THIS public storage to be the most courteous, and efficient one I have ever used. I found the manager Danielle to be a welcome delight. I will use this facility whenever possible!!

Danielle is super friendly and always greets me with a smile. If you ever need packing supplies, Go see Danielle! She's a huge help with your packing needs!!

Danielle is amazing her customer service is A she is always helpful. If it was not for her I would probably move my storage but she us great. They can use some upkeep and they should clean the units a bit more but overall its a good place and Danielle is great and very helpful.

Danielle was excellent, and she got me into a storage space while explaining the ins and outs of the paperwork in a professional and thorough manner. The only thing keeping me from recommending your services is the price of the storage unit(s).....way too high.
