This is a nice storage.

I like the place. The prices are a little high however. On the other hand there where roaches in the hall and rat packs inside the storage area. This concerns me a bit.

I just moved in from out of state

I just moved in from out of state. Tonja was so helpful and friendly. We were in an out of the rental office in all of ten minutes. I was able to get my stuff unloaded from the uhaul and return it even quicker than I'd hoped. The facility is climate controlled and each person has an access code. Feels very secure.

Professionalism

Kwanna, made the experience seamless, she was very professional made sure to go over all the essentials (payment, security, insurance and facility information). Her customer service skills and professionalism were phenomenal, I will definitely recommend family to this public storage location.

The customer service was excellent but...

The customer service was excellent but the building is hot and there is a lack of dolleys to help you move your furniture and other items to your storage unit.

As storage facilities go

As storage facilities go , PS is cleaner and safer appearing then most.
