The property managers/staff Monique and Ashley at the 10010 I-10 Service Rd, New Orleans, LA 70127 location are absolutely wonderful! They made a very stressful moving process for my family and I pleasant when it came to getting a unit. They were helpful the entire time and also kind.

Ashleigh was amazing. I reserved a unit but it was the public storage down the street. She called and told them I was on my way as it was 5:35. I raced to get to the other as I know it was closing soon. It was raining heavily, but I sped to the other location. Lights were off and doors locked. I didnt see anyone inside, just a Camry parked in the parking lot. I raced back to Asleighs' location.. After telling her what happened, she attempted to call that location again and did not get an answer. She helped me get a unit. She was polite and professional. She explained everything to me, showed me the unit and helped me. She is the reason I rented the unit as I would have went to another business. I want to give thanks to Ashliegh again. She is the perfect example of customer service your business should have.

I had a great experience. I had a reservation at the store in the East on I-10 Service Road . The clerk Ms. Brandy was excellent , very polite and went out of her way to make sure I had what I needed. Thanks

The service is great. I feel very secure with my items at this location with Mrs. Cheryl being the Manager. It is well kept and she is very informative about everything.

Daniel was absolutely amazing. He provided me with more than 5 star service. Very informative and attentive to my storage needs. Made sure I had everything I needed and all the information. The property is very well kept and he assured me my belongings were very safe and put my mind at ease. If anyone needs a storage go see Daniel at read for the best customer service. He's a real asset to our company.

The place was well secured, clean, service was great. Only not enough carts available at the time when I used the facility. It was immediately following the tornado that struck New Orleans East and many people were using storage.

Nice clean facility, absolutely lovely. I came to rent a unit Ashley greeted me. She is the nicest lady I've ever met. She knew her stuff. She was very patient with me and very knowledgeable. She does her job well and knows exactly how to treat customers. I definitely rec opp amend this location.

Stop in to see how clean and secure this location were. I found it to be clean and secure plus the customer service is very welcoming and helpful. All my questions and expectations was very pleasing. Not looking to need until January but I will definitely come back to this location off of Read Blvd.
