Very friendly staff. It didn’t take long at all for me to have the unit.

Insurance should be an option, not a requirement

1) office listed online is not correct. It is on the Bypass by 84 Lumber! Office is not on-site at the Winn location, which is fine. But the address needs to be accurate online. 2) put a sign on the gate telling people where office is located, hours, phone #. 3) there is a very steep concrete dip that my car could not make without bottoming out so either take another exit route, or another storage facility. 4) insurance is required here but should be an option for renters!! None of my things can be insured for anything but here I am being charged more. Insurance companies are closer to scammers & have such fine print anyway. Just let renter sign or initial a waiver of responsibility to avoid frivolous charges! 5) Shannon in office was helpful. 6) don’t see why there should be a $25 Administration fee. That’s their job to sign their name on a piece of paper. That’s all there is to do! Administration fees are just an extra xtra charge for someone already doing their job. Be honest. And that lock is not “free” because I just paid $25 for it when I have 3 others just like it from other places.

Overall it’s nice and the price is better than most.

The Facility is nice overall and affordable. The only complaint I have is the road on the last row there is a huge erosion in the road which can be avoided but I did not realize that it was as bad as it is and tried to go over it slowly and it about took the bottom of my car out. So don’t try to drive over it !

Everything went as I expected it to. The customer service was above what you would expect very friendly and courteous no complications whatsoever once I got to the right place. Very pleased with them.

Clean Ann’s secure, the only reason I gave it 4.5 out of 5 was off site office that wasn’t mentioned on line or when I talked to the representative.

This is probably one of the best storage facilities I’ve been to in Winchester, the woman I talked to at the office was very friendly and personable; the pricing is good and I was happy with the cleanliness of the unit.

This is a very nice facility. Convenient and easy to get to. Easy access to get in and out of. Very well maintained and clean.

Company needs to be on the same page.

When I called to reserve my unit I was told move in would only cost me $21 and that I would have to buy my own lock and that someone would call me in within an hour. They told me I had to go to Winn Ave. What actually happened no one ever called me. When someone finally did they rudely called me an hour and half before they even closed demanding to know if I was going to be able to make it. It wound up costing me $77 to move in. When I get to Winn Ave I called and they said oh no you have to come to Rockwell Rd that's on the other side of town! I also bought my own lock for nothing the $20 fee they charge is for a lock so I wound up spending $30 foe 2 locks! Every thing I was told was a lie and cost me a ton of extra money

I have been a customer 4 years with storage rentals of America for many reasons and many times and I'm currently a member at the one of a new facility that you just bought and I'm glad to see the concrete has finally been poured as it looks a lot nicer just wish it had 24 our access like interstate storage does as I also have a facility there. I have a lot of collectibles in antique furniture that I store and safety and security is my main priority. Good job on the concrete and clean up, hope cameras are soon to be considered.It would be magnificent to win Amazon gift card that is a very generous contest that you are offering your customers as I have been one for years now and have never got any compensation from any storage facility that I have rented from by any company but at the same time realize that it's not expected but give you up mostra credit for appreciating your customers
