    The staff made everything quick and easy.

    After looking at the unit I reserved, decided to get a larger one. Luckily one was available and had no problem re doing the paperwork. Staff was helpful.

    Safe storage

    Long term customer. Prices are a bit steep, feel they ought to offer a break to those who pay their bills each and month on time. Otherwise I trust keeping my items safe there.

    Too expensive

    Insurance is required on units. the insurance is covered under my homeowners policy. however, i needed to show proof of insurance or be charged $13 extra a month. I gave proof of insurance last year. I didn't know I had to provide this proof every year. I wasn't given any warning that this proof was needed for this current year and was charged the $13 dollars even though I had insurance. Called Prime Storage and gave them proof of insurance which showed I had coverage for this current year, but they could not remove the initial $13. Bad system!!!

    So far so good

    Easy and fine location

    Easy to get to storage, people working there are easy to work with, located right next to a bunch of police cars and stuff so it feels safe.

    College move out

    First time renting storage as my daughter had to move out of UK during covid19. Only had 1 vehicle and couldn’t fit all items from dorm. Process was fairly easy and social distancing was practiced.
