    Beware, you aren’t locking in your monthly rate with contract!

    The staff was very helpful until I had a rate increase from 227.00 a month to 307.00. I have rented many storage spaces and I have NEVER had a rate increase the entire time I was renting. Corporate knows the last thing you want to do is move the contents of a 10x30 space and aren’t worried about increasing rates. If I could find another 10x30 in Lex for around the same price, I’d move out of there.
