Overall Pretty Good

So far we have not had any issues. There needs to be more information about the promotions and units offered. The deal for 1/2 off the first 3 months is only if you pay for the first 3 months the lock insurance up front. The unit I chose was advertised as Exterior Acess AND Climate Controlled, however I had to choose between one or the other. Otherwise, the employees have been very helpful and answered all of my questions.

Quick, easy and just what I needed!

I am moving and needed a storage unit to store something’s in for an extended amount of time as well as to store things short term. I called and got some information and then when I arrived a few hours later they took care of me right away. The process was quick and easy and I was also very impressed how clean the facilities were. Even when they drove me to my unit, they were sweeping the area where the doors come down and I appreciated that.

Downsizing & needing time to sort thru the extra

Camden could not have been more helpful. I intended to visit three companies. But after visiting blue sky I decided not to devote anymore time to this task. Facility good looking, clean, generous hours and feels secure. Camden reserved my unit so I could confer with family and I then completed the process from home.

Made reservation online for unit I needed, received several reminders, on-site service was speedy and efficient. He took us to our unit, swept out the leaves, demoed the lock, and left us to unload. Been in and out several times and never had a problem with quick entry and exit.

I was taken care of by Adam at the Glenmary location and he was exceptionally kind and courteous. I have rented at several storage units and this was by far the best experience. The facility was clean and as a single woman, I felt safe being there by myself. Adam explained everything well and made right some miss information that I was given over the phone on my initial reservation. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone who is interested. Thank you Adam for being an excellent manager. The customer service I received was great.

Great Customer service!

I moved from North Carolina to Kentucky this weekend and due to traffic wasn't sure I was going to make it before they closed for the weekend. I called to let them know I was coming as fast as I could and they were so nice about it! I made it with 30 minutes to spare and the entire experience was great. Clean and safe facilities in a great area!

Good Experience

This is my first experience renting a storage unit, but I’ve seen the nightmares other have gone through with management and cleanliness. Location and cleanliness were the two top priorities in selecting a unit and Blue Sky met both criteria.
