    Safe and Secure

    I've used Prime Storage for a couple of years and have felt that my possessions are safe and secure. The manager has always been nice and helpful. The location is easy to get to and it's kept very clean. I'd use them again and I've told friends about the facility in Nicholasville.

    I will continue to use this facility

    Appears to be well maintained. Danielle has always been professional and polite. Personally, I believe the rates are too high, especially when there is not any climate controlled units.

    Customer Service is excellent

    Prices too high

    They were going to increase my rate for the smaller unit so I upgraded to a bigger unit now they are increasing that rate... I will be looking for another storage company!

    Great Owner, Great Place

    Very clean

    Clean friendly staff. The only problem is it costs extra for 24 he access I've never heard of such a thing. I thought 24 hr meant 24 hr. Period.
