I have been a tenant going on three years. I am glad that I chose Prime Storage for servicing my property. The staff has really been a blessing to me. Everyone I have spoken to or needed help, went far and beyond to help me when I needed it. I would surely be happy to recommend Prime Storage to others.

Fantastic service and storage!

I’ve only been here a month and a half and I have no regrets. It’s clean and access to my vehicle is convenient. My application process went totally smoothly. Couldn’t be happier.

Terrible response from PGH! Most of the time I am ignored it seems like.

As a tenant I have had the Prime Group management not respond to requests for months with multiple requests that were urgent. It has cost me money and a lot of wasted time. I continue to get unexplained bills with late charges on bills that have been paid. I'm very disappointed in this group.

Rick is an excellent manager and good at customer service. My only cpmplaint is that the lights should be on all of the time during the day on weekends. It is inconvenient to have to walk down the hall every 15 minutes to activate lights.

Overpriced and not safe.

My rent has gone up 3 times. Had several items stolen. Stays cold in the winter as they don’t turn up the heat

Very Secure, Clean, & Convenient!

My last climate controlled unit at another facility was in a rough neighborhood and I didn’t feel comfortable loading or unloading my vehicle due to the only access door being directly on the street. Prime’s facility is not only gated, but you can drive your vehicle directly into the facility and unload safely, securely, and away from the elements. My unit is on the second floor, which I was initially concerned about, but the available hand carts, the freight elevator, and the ability to drive right in beside the elevator to unload made it a piece of cake to move in. The manager is friendly, attentive, and helpful and the facility is clean, well lit, and modern. My last unit was adequate, but I am absolutely thrilled with Prime and highly recommend them!
