Didn’t get what I bargained for.

I rented a 10x10 temperature controlled unit. It didn’t feel heated when our items were moved into the unit. Lights and electricity didn’t work. The next night I went back to the unit to check the temperature, lighting, and electricity… it felt as cold as the outside when I opened the door and the lights and electricity still didn’t work. The next day I called the office to let them know. The person at the office said that the heating and cooling system would be checked that day however the lights and electrical may or may not work and will not be fixed because the company is going to do remodeling at the facilities. The unit still doesn’t feel like it’s temperature controlled. In my opinion I’m not getting what I’m paying for.

Registerd on line , Mgmt was so helpful to getting us our storage unit.

Registerd on line , had a few mishaps with the selection of storage units, Even tho this was done after hours the MGR came to the storage ficility to help with getting us in the correct unit. He was very friendly and helpful. I apprecate his efforts to help us sort out the issue so we could move our loaded truck into the storage unit.

A bit of a mess

There was a hole in one wall, and one of the light fixtures was hanging out of the ceiling with its wires exposed. The rest wasn't bad and I had an easy time moving in everything needed, The workers are really nice and we're of great help.

It’s quick, affordable, and easy!

This place looks a little sketchy but if you in a bind and need somewhere to put your stuff it’s awesome. It’s also super affordable compared to other places.

Excellent customer service

We had to move at the last minute and had some issues renting a moving truck.So I kept changing the date to move into the storage locker. We finally moved everything today . The customer service was above and beyond when I walked in to pay for the storage locker . Things went smoothly and we had no issues . The storage locker itself didn't have any musty or smelly orders to it and was clean . I really appreciate the fact that they worked with us and weren't annoyed that I kept changing the date on them. As much as I was satisfied with everything I hope we don't have to use them again . I'll definitely recommend them to friends that may need a storage facility though.

Clean, secure, professional - excellent customer service.

SpareFoot made finding these guys super easy, and I appreciated the on-line reservation feature. Staff were friendly, professional, and accommodating. They get bonus points for honoring our military with a discount. Additional bonus points for providing a free small box truck to aid in moving in. Facility is very clean, in a quiet/safe neighborhood, and plenty of visible cameras.

A delight

I went in about a half hour before I went to work. Since I booked online the man working the desk was able to get me in and out of the office as quickly as possible.

The service was outstanding and the customer service representative was awesome and very helpful with me choosing the right unit for my things. Moved in the same day and over all I felt safe on the premises. I would definitely recommend this facility to a friend

Well-run facility, front office opens at 10 am on Saturdays, great bakery next door!

The area is clean, secure, and well-lit, the keypad at the gate is easy to use. There was a good selection of packing and moving supplies available for purchase: they bought back unused items. The customer service at the national call center and at the local facility was excellent. I wish I had noted that the front office was closed till 10 am on Saturdays: I could have taken care of the paperwork the day before and spared my moving crew a 20 minute wait. The doughnut place next door was a great bonus! Being far away from my possessions could make me uneasy; Storage Mart gives me peace of mind.
