This space has been modernized and cleaned up, and the customer service is excellent. No ugly surprises, just straightforward rental at a good price.

Great overall experience but the online assistant needs more training

Office staff was great to work with. The online broker didn’t give all the details which created a longer check out at the facility. We weren’t given details about needing insurance for the rental unit or other items as well.

The location was easy to find.

The only problem I had was in finding the unit. The unit number that was given had a K at the end. That was very confusing since the building didn't have a K on it. Otherwise, everything was fine.

Clean and nice staff

Terrible customer service

After 3 years of storing items...during pandemic financial hardships, were unwilling to work with me on making payments and foreclosed and auctioned off my possessions.

Overall pretty good

The people are friendly and helpful and it’s conveniently located, but I am disappointed that the price went up so much when I’ve had my unit less than 1 year.

They don’t really work with there tenants...

I would not recommend them especially if you are in a financial jam, they aren’t very caring and they go up every year... maybe it’s just my experience since the pandemic. Maybe their customer service and office that I rent from will become a little bit more kinder...

Cost of unit

I've had the unit for a long time and when I initially rented it I provided a declaration of insurance noting that my home owners insurance was covering the insurance on the unit. I have just been informed that document is not on file. Which means that you have been charging me for insurance for many years. I have a document from October 22, 2015 that is noted that Lori has remove the cost of insurance.

Expect yearly rate increases

This is an average storage unit facility. Not awful and definitely not great. They tend to increase rates yearly and you can be paying more for your unit than if you go online and sign up for a new unit. Place is kept fairly clean. My unit had leaked in the past and i believe it was fixed but took more time than it should have. I have had my lock go missing. I also have had a staff member place a red lock on my unit by accident which was pretty inconvenient. When i have had an issue with my unit and make a phone call to the office I am always told they will call me back but they have never followed through. I have always had to call again. My unit is on auto pay and once my CC had expired and i hadnt realized it and they would not remove the late fees they charged. I paid as soon as i realized that the charge had not hit my card. I have been a tenant for about 7 years simply due to the location.

The the facility is clean and maintained. Any questions that I have had (ie gate access) have been handled promply. I like the fact that someone is there to answer the phone after hours and I like the fact that I have access to my unit 24/7

Convenient, clean, appreciated that rate unchanged first two years

We've had this interior unit for over 3 1/2 years. I would have given five stars except that we did not receive notice that the entry combination had been modified. We were unsuccessful at getting in about mid-day in January and no one was in the office to help. This is the only complaint we've ever had.

could be much cleaner more maintenance needs done

storage door needs fixed doesn't stay in track when opening! door to outside storage unit broke. air filters never get changed.

Everything was good except they changed my rate from $136 to $150 and I wasn’t aware.
