I was confused on what size I actually needed and I was corrected in a great way and accommodated very well

Was ready with smiles when I walked in and had the best customer service i have seen in a very long time

Hassle free move-in

I saved time completing my contract and making the first payment online. When I arrived to the facility, I was greeted promptly. I identified myself and was personally walked to my unit. This was a great touch. I've had precious units with competitors where they would give you a map, and you just had to figure it out. I was shown different access points and even given tips on how to make sure my unit was properly locked. This was a great experience.

Doors problem

Doors need some kind of siren on them to keep people from running in them. You supplied a dolly it should work properly.

Hidden fees

Thought I was going in paying $18.75 for my unit and walked out paying $64. They hit you with an admin fee and a lock fee.

It is a great storage. I like the fact that I can drive my car inside so I can load or unload without being in the rain.
