    Quick and easy!

    I did everything online and just had to check in at the desk, even the lock I paid for online was already inside the unit! Flat carts are available for free and you can unlock the gate and doors with an app. Great place to store your things.

    Staff was helpfull move was easy.

    The staff were very friendly and helpful. Literally walked us through the whole process of getting into the storage unit and went all the way to the second floor with us to help us find our exact unit. Taught us how to use the lock and the keypads for getting in and out of the storage unit. The online process was so easy all in all I give this place 100 out if 10 very satisfied with the customer service and whole process of getting this storage unit price is very affordable as well so I’d say I would recommend this to not just one friend but all my friends.

    Moving in was a great experience.

    We had never used a storage facility before and were pleasantly surprised at the helpfulness of the staff and cleanliness of the facility. We are also happy with the security features.

    Elevator doors close too quickly

    Elevator doors close too quickly and code is too long for elevator convenience. 2 different locks provided did not work, currently paying $20 with no lock!
