The facility is dirty & there are rodents definitely there ..

The facility needs to be cleaned up there's a couple parts on the facility that have a lot of trash in a pile and that could explain why there are rodents and on that site. When I open my storage container unit I saw there was a line of rodent poop on each side of the container unit like they run through the container on a certain side on each side of the unit inside of it. That made me feel kind of disgusted! You need to definitely make sure you have plastic containers closed up , no cardboard boxes ,no electronics that could be chewed by the rodents or furniture. Looks like nobody has weed whack around the facility there's are weeds growing around the storage unit outside . And there are a couple piles of trash on the facility It's kind of disgusting. On the side of the unit where my unit is at storage unit there was trash in a pile and it kind of disgusted me when I saw that. And I think a person staying in one place part of the day and they had their unit open a little bit and you could see there was trash in there quite a bit It was at the end of the unit area. Might be why there is rodents in that area because of that person. It was not a pleasant sight to see. That it might explain why it's only $30 a month for the size unit I have which is a good size but like I said you can't store furniture in there. You can't store electronics in there You definitely don't want to do that because the rodents would chew it up. I mainly got it so I could put some containers in there that were storage containers You got to make sure all your storage containers are closed up definitely good plastic .You don't want to have cheap containers inside that unit because the rodents might chew them. I've never rented it a storage unit before and I don't know if this is normal to have mouse or rodents in a facility ? It's definitely a health hazard and you want to honest opinion so there's your opinion . It's a cheap unit but you get what you pay for.

Everything was great at however there's not 24-hour access which is why I haven't moved my stuff in because of the time

Dirty Storage facilities

Facility was very dirty!! Had RAT droppings, not mice droppings, but rat feces all over the facility. There had been a trail from the entrance of the facility all the way towards down the hallway, so I know for in fact the whole building had been contaminated with rat fecal matter. There also had been dead roaches and alive ones everywhere!! I actually took a few home with me which was on of my main concerns, luckily I bombed my belongings before it became an infestation in my new apartments. Donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t believe the reviews this is a terrible location and very unsanitary for the price youﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢re paying monthly. Always inspect a facility before you move your belongings in there, donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t go off the google reviews they probably pay people to leave.

Could use a bit more rocks put down to park on. Also had to rake glass off my parking spot before parking RV. Forgot the rake due to raining, and it disappeared, so someone took it.

Best new storage in town!

The new management at this facility is doing an excellent job. Their customer service is 24/7 and extremely friendly, the units are well-maintained, and the pricing is fair. I'd confidently recommend this place to friends and anyone looking for a dependable storage option.
