Unit was damp- don’t want mold. Haven’t had unit a week time will tell.

Have only had unit less than a week so cannot give fair assessment at this time.

I paid online so this was easy to get it and I when I got my paperwork the lady was very friendly in courteous she even double checked on me to make sure everything was fine and I was satisfied with what I had & she managed to do this without being intrusive to my privacy as I moved in.

I enjoyed talking with Jay. My first impression was that the place was neat and welcoming. The best part for me is how fast the process was. I had my 3 yr old daughter with me and i was worried about her acting out if this took too long, that wasn't the case. I had my walkthrough and keys in about 15 minutes or so.

Lindsey was great! There were a few small issues with the unit I rented, but she handled everything quickly and professionally.

We had a great experience when we first went in. Great people they were wonderful and helpful. Well it turns out we didn't even need the storage unit. I went to see If I could get anything back at all. She was horrid and rude. Even though we didn't use anything she wouldn't return it because it was "used". I would go back if it wasn't her. I spent over a 100 bucks on nothing.

I called from McDonalds looking for a place to store some extra stuff.She said she one hold the unit for a couple hours.I arrived within 15 minutes.Within another 15 minutes I had my storage and was on the road .Would highly recommend Public Storage to my friends and relatives.Sincerely;Charlie
