Best storage place I have found in the area!

This place is great! I was able to get a really good deal on my unit and it is exactly what I needed. The space is great and everything seems very secure. The only complaint I have is that several times that I have gone the main gate has been open.

Excellent customer service - they go the extra mile.

The people that I've dealt with have been great -- so far 3 location managers and 2 district managers. In particular I'd like to mention "Zul" in Richmond Hill (Canada) and Jim, Jon, and Denelle in Overland Park KC. They all went out of their way to get me the storage I needed for moving from Toronto to KC. Thanks guys! You helped a ton.

I have been a customer for several years. I am very disappointed to learn that I was not eligible for discounts afforded NEW customers. I am making it a point to find another storage facility for my use as soon as possible due to this,
