Property Mgr had to come.back out to fix the lock.

The mgr ssais she had put q lock out there and would change it but had not. She had to be called out to fo.what she said she would. While I had two cars full and a truck to start putting into storage.

It was late and I still received impeccable service from an industry known for its callus dislike of ppl coming in at closing time

My family actually had to move my apartment into storage for me. I took a job in Tucson and then got covid. Anyone I have spoke to on phone has always been very nice.

Overall this was exactly the unit i was looking for. Ultimately, i accidently picked the wrong thing online which bumped my price up a little, but luckily she was very upfront about it and other fees not spoken about online.

I haven't had my unit no more that 24...

I haven't had my unit no more that 24 hours and I wanted to cancel and you guys do not offer a refund which is horrible. I will never refer anyone to your company if this is how you choose to do business.
