Check-in was easy. The facility is well maintained and has easy access from several locations on the building. Mgr was extremely at check-in.

Getting set up was super easy and everyone was very informative and communicative before move in day. Day of move in Ray was incredible - gave me any other details you could possibly need/want to know and took extra precautions to make me feel extra safe storing there. Ray made great conversation making me feel very comfortable with the whole move in. Highly recommend!!

The Olathe storage unit facility is new, clean and affordable. The manager Roy and Linda were professional, kind and efficient. They were especially helpful with suggestions on loading, packing, storing and assisting us in a difficult time with the abrupt death of our parents. We visited many storage unit possibilities in Johnson County and Lee Summit and Roy going the extra mile swayed us to this location which is quiet and safe. Highly recommend I forgot to close my lock all the way and I was contacted within hours to secure our belongings. They check security twice a day.

Very Clean and staff is friendly and there to help in any way

I went in with all intensions of getting a unit on the ground level. After talking with the person on duty and all of the information he gave me about the facility I opted to the third floor and saved a ton of money each month.

Manager, Ray, was very helpful, informative and quick in securing a unit for us. The facility is very clean with easy access and good security. We're very pleased with our storage unit.

As good as it gets I was on the way up to my unit with my stuff before I knew what hit me pleasant and professional efficient As painless to move as I ever had good security which is why I moved here and a clean welcoming atmosphere

The units are basic it is very clean and they are very professional. Really my only complaint is the hallways are very small to get through. You have to do many trips to get all your stuff to your unit.
