Your agent was amazing! I'd been trying for days to find the right storage place and he found the perfect one within 3 minutes. That is real customer service. The manager at the storage place, Jean Marie, was super friendly and efficient.

Exceptionally friendly

The gentleman behind the counter was exceptionally friendly and extremely helpful in getting me the kind of locker I needed. He made sure everything was clean and ready by the time I returned with my stuff. The price could be better but I don’t fault him for that. He doesn’t set the price. Hopefully we won’t need the locker for more than a few months.

Amazing service even after I was late to meet with him. Had a very rough day and he helped me in the quickest best way possible while I was on a fine crunch.

Very pleased with the staff with how quick he got us set up. The facility is well maintained and so are the units. I didn't expect my unit to be that clean. I will say I went through a funk during the gate access but that didn't bother me so much. It is what it is when it comes to technology. I'd also recommend to set up or think of setting up through their website directly than sparefoot but that's only if you care about a 1 dollar price difference. I didn't mind otherwise it would have been worth mentioning to them when I signed up .
