    Good service

    Customer service stayed on the phone while I navigated through the process. It went very smoothly and I was very thankful for that. I received two months half price special and I was very appreciative of that.

    Property Manager

    Big Shout out to Dana!! She runs both the Hydraulic and Pawnee locations. She does and excellent job of patrolling the properties and stays aware of what's going on. She is all about protecting your belongings. She is always smiling and super helpful in making the move less stressful. Great Job Dana!!!

    Customer service was really good

    I accidentally booked 2 storages and I received 50 calls and emails that was really nerve racking the telephone agents were really annoying but in person customer service was very helpful..
