Clean and Easy

I had a very smooth process getting checked into my unit. The facility manager was pleasant and very helpful. The facility itself is clean and large. The have two entrance options for convenience. Overall a good experience.

Pretty smooth move

They were extremely helpful and kind at Storage Mart. Just had a little mix up as far as sizing with the storage units. Signed up for a 10/20 ft unit and instead got two 10/10's. My moving company moved me into 1 of my 10/10's, but even with the mix up they won't allow me to only pay for one. So now I'm currently paying for an empty storage unit that I don't use.

Door is horrible

Customer service was excellent but the unit door is next to impossible for me to open by myself and the wind blew it shut while I was inside... In the dark then and trying to open from the inside... Terrible!!!!!

Dennis assited me with getting my storage unit. He help me with the moving boxes, the lock for my unit and gave me the best customer service ever. He checked up on me to see if everything turned out okay. The units are SUPER clean and I would definately recommend Storage Mart to others. The prices are resonable and affordable especially with the service and units that are offered. If you are looking for storage, I highly recommend StorageMart. You can't go wrong with this comapny.

Dennis, the manager, was very professional and very friendly. I went in, he showed me the unit, how to use the system to get in and out and we did the paper work. Very efficient. The property is very clean and I felt very cared for. Thank you.
