    Service that was above and beyond!!!

    I was running behind on a Saturday and knew that I would never make it in time to get a storage unit but Katrina actually offered to meet me at 7:30 pm on a Saturday night! Gave me the best price that I could find anywhere in KC and even brought over a shop fan because it was over 90 degrees when we arrived. I truly was amazed at the level of customer service I experienced here.

    The best!!

    We've rented multiple storage units through the years and I'm so thankful my partner found this place. Chris and Katrina are so friendly and helpful, very customer service oriented. The price is very reasonable and I don't feel like they'll try to gouge me with unreasonable price increases, unlike our previous Self Storage. I have no qualms in recommending I35/435 Self Storage for all your storage needs.

    NO NEED TO LOOK ANY FURTHER

    than this storage facility. Easy access payments upgrades to larger/smaller units as needed. Fantastic customer service by their property manager Katrina (she even found my lost wedding ring) AND they even an annual car show for their car patrons. We have been there for years.

    Great location. Quick quote.

    I tried to get quotes from several locations but Katrina was the most efficient and understanding of my time. This unit was also among the lowest prices around. Looking forward to a great experience.
