    High potential for theft

    Great place for price if you can afford to supply your own security cameras in your unit it's hard to reach the management or owner but when I had breakin the door was fixed promptly.you do have to carry your own renters insurance which is fine I do have but it just kept getting broken into ...

    Far out but worth it!

    Poorly lit but it isn't well populated. Just a gas station near and short fence would be easy to jump. Wouldn't necessarily recommend for stuff of value.
