    The storage company lied.

    I will not ever rent from this company again. They lied several times; I ask over and over to make sure it was a climate control unit. But it was not. I moved from Texas and needed 26 days to storage my belongings until my house came open. I had no choice but to use the unit. I ask for a lower price or a climate control unit. The company would not do anything. This company is a rip off.

    Easiest move

    Funny thing is I called an 800 number and they did all the work after receiving my information. The choice was perfect as the storage facility is literally down the street and around the corner from my residence and on the 70. This made everything so much easier for me. I received all of my information via email so much so that if I chose not to physically go to their office, I didn't need to. I did however go to the office and both the young ladies there were really nice, made the choice even better.
