    NEW TO STORAGE

    LIKE HOW EASY THE BOOKING ON LINE WAS, NOT HAPPY WITH THE KEY LOCK, BRING YOUR OWN, NO ONE ON SITE TO HELP ME FIND MY UNIT TEXTED ME ONE # NOT THE SAME AS MY UNIT ACTUALLY WAS SO A BIT CONFUSING - OVERALL GATED AND SHOULD WORK FINE

    The price is very affordable .

    It was really easy to contact and reserve a storage unit. It can be done all online was very user friendly. Over nice place and decent price on units. Very friendly staff and are very helpful to answer questions.

    The spaces are big.

    The parking spaces for trailers and RV’s are large enough to easily get the vehicle into.

    Great service and very reasonable rates

    My rental experience with Public Storage on S. Tyler has been exemplary, from the first conversation on the phone to the in-person finalization of paperwork. Everyone was friendly, professional, and knowledgable. The facility is clean and well maintained. Kudos.
