    Disappointing

    This place has RVs parked along most of the edges of the rows which I had a Really Bad time when my moving truck could NOT reach my unit due to this problem!! The unit had a strange mechanism to unlock initially and took awhile to figure out. No instructions given at all.Calling for help… expect it to take from an hour to several cause I tried three times. Oh and you can NOT access the facility to view your purchased unit til DAY of the move in date you signed up for.

    I need a better way to communicate with somebody when there is issues

    I was here in the Winter time and I'm here again now in the Spring and sometimes the gate messes up can I get some feedback about that

    Good experience considering pandemic time.

    Very friendly customer service. Everything went as planned even though I upgraded to a bigger unit on my move in day! I would recommend friends to use this storage business.

    Tina the office manager was very helpful with my storage needs. She showed me the storage units and different sizes that would fit my needs. The unit I rented was clean and everything went well with renting the unit.

    Property Manager Tina was very polite and professional, the storage unit paperwork and processing was thorough and quick. Tina was knowledgeable about the facility and enjoyable to work with through the process of renting an unit. Great experience.

    Finding Storage at 4 AM

    I needed to store some possessions so my home could be staged to sell. One night I couldn't sleep & looked up storage places on the internet. I found several sites & researched them. Public Storage has a user friendly site that gave me information on sizes of units, locations, & procedures easily. My decision was easy. Since moving in the staff has been friendly & helpful, So my decision was easy & smart.
