Needs to have the water damage fixed.

Unit had water damage and the pricing was bait and switch. So weird that you buy a lock. (That you canﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t use anywhere else)

I've only been at public storage almost a week but so far my experience is 5star. Johanna is exceptional. Very helpful I made a ton of calls before I decided on public storage she was very patient with my many calls and questions.

Friendly service

We had contact with Tammy. She was great. Very friendly, knowledgeable & helpful. We rented an inside storage unit & the only complaint I have is the lighting. There is no light inside the unit which can be an issue.

I found Chris at the desk very nice and he explained all the details great, so well even I understood all he told us. I liked the security and gate entrance, I did see some items needing repair not impeding security. All in all I am impressed. Hank Douglas

The website price was not clear or complete. At the office, additional charges were made, and the website "offer" did not match what I was told in the office. Left me with kind of an icky feeling.

Very secure, and the desk people are very professional and courteous. Johanna, the desk lady, let's you know if you accidentally didn't lock your unit correctly, to help you protect your property.
