    Excellent customer service, good value

    The unit is exactly what I needed, and the owner/manager was extremely professional and helpful in guiding me to my unit. Easy online process to reserve my unit for same day access.

    Service rep was friendly, resourceful, and expeditious.

    Small tear in the ceiling insulation, which I repaired with duct tape. Fluid drainage stain on the floor from adjacent storage. Otherwise, the facility is secure and easily accessible.

    As expected.

    Clean grounds, clean unit. Construction in the area made it a bit more difficult to access. Customer service was good, a little run around. Employee called in so nobody was at the office for my 10 am appt, went back and got everything situated.

    Very close the KU, easy for students to move into.

    I’m in California and my son goes to school at KU. The manager helped my son with the size of unit, packing supplies and a lock. It was a one stop shop. It made it very easy for my son do move his dorm items into the storage facility. I will definitely use them next year as well.

    The personnel was very nice and helpful...

    The personnel was very nice and helpful and most of all cheerful appearing to really like her job. The gate code worked well and didn't cause me any grief. I didn't see any problem at all.
