    I did not receive no luck as I was told I would for my storage facility

    The storage facility was a really dirty, but it needed to be swept, and it had a lot of cobwebs. I was told that lot would be inside the facility for me to lock it. There was no lock. It was actually a lot smaller than what I thought it would be, but the customer service was great.

    I was taking items to the storage unit I had just rented, when I got there-there was a lock already on the unit. So I called them and after talking on the phone (the woman I talked to was very nice and courteous) they got me into a different unit. It took a while but they did right their wrong. So it all worked out in the end.

    I didnt get the advertised $1 move in deal. I felt like Id been lied to.

    Numbers on the buildings are not large and clear and easy to read. The roll up door is not working well. I had to fight with the door and the locks to get them opened and closed. The door is extremely hard to open and close. Can I get this door fixed? I am disabled and this is a big problem for me. The door is absolutely messed up.

    Great customer service

    Rental process was easy, the employee who helped me complete the forms on the phone was friendly and professional. Other than having a little difficulty finding the entrance to my inside unit, the move in went smoothly. The facilities feels safe and secure.

    I’ve heard a lot of good things about them. Pricing is reasonable and it’s conveniently located. Never heard of anyone having issues with the security of their units either.
