Gate is never closed

The gate has been open for months. I've contacted them with concerns, since I'm paying for trailer parking. They tell me the gate is open because of internet problems, but it's been open for months now. I feel like I feel like if I'm paying for a secure location to park my trailer, the location should be secure. The phone system is awful. I can never get through to someone who is qualified to issue any type of refund or discount.

First Rate facility, at a very reasonable price!

I was in a jam and needed a storage locker on short notice. I found Extra Storage in Lebanon Indiana. I secured my locker. The gate is really cool and the locker secure. I assumed I would have to hunt down the special lock like last time I used a storage locker. But to my pleasant surprise there was a brand new lock waiting for me. Uhaul drop off was just up the street. The storage locker facility was clean and did not look rundown at all. I entered with my access code, it was easy peezy lemon squeezey.

This place is nice and clean.

Easy access, low hassle process storage

Facility is close to my home. It was a pretty painless low hassle process to reserve the unit and begin move in within a couple of hours. Unit was clean and lock was placed inside as promised. Access code worked on first try and allows easy entry and exit of facility. Price was similar to other facilities in the area.

The unit was easy to find and very clean. The rental process didn't take long at all
