Super easy to rent unit. I was surprised at the cost - but it’s been a while since I rented a storage unit. Facility appears secure and clean for the most part. Buildings were in good shape.

Lori was great in handling the move from a Public Storage Unit that is now considerable distance from our new home. We no longer needed the large unit that we previously had and showed me exactly what I needed. Lori should get pats on the back for her work.

Completely messed up my rental, but made correction quickly and great customer service. Things happen, they were great to make correction and get me into my unit. Little higher rent than others in area but worth it for location and functioning security elements. Highly recommend!

Fast and Friendly!! Used the express check in service before they opened, it was fast and easy! Austin called right when he got in and made sure we were getting what we needed & at the best price. The employee was very friendly and professional. She answered all the questions that I asked and was very complete in her explanation of the contract. I would suggest that if people are going to rent 2 units, there should be a discount for both. I have dealt with Public Storage on several occasions and have had more than 1 unit at a time during my usage. A very good experience dealing with the personnel at Public Storage. Thanks, Bill
