    Spent an hour trying to reserve a unit on line.

    The kiosk was helpful yet difficult. You'd have to be familiar with such technology to be good at working with it. I'm old school!!

    Glad to Give Them My Business!

    My parents have had a storage unit with them for a long time, and I've got one temporarily until I'm in my own apartment again. I have nothing to complain about, except maybe that the lock sometimes resists opening when I try to turn the key (probably due to some minor rust or roughness in the mechanism). My location is a little schlep from my house; that's the price for having a cheaper unit than I could get in a closer location. But other than that, I'm perfectly happy!

    Cherie & Yolanda were AWESOME!

    Both representatives were EXTREMELY helpful. They helped me make the best choice as far as location and type of storage unit to best fit my needs. I will recommend their facilities to anyone looking for storage. EXCEPTIONAL job ladies!
