    I needed a 24 hr storage unit and this one popped up

    Had an appt and was running late, tried to call and could not get in touch with clerk on duty. Sat there for an hour after being told they would have someone come in to do the paper work. Then an attendant who was on the property came to the front?! With no explanation as to why I sat there for an hour waiting.

    i rented multiple units at once from...

    i rented multiple units at once from you and rather than make it more enticing to rent more i was charged full price for 2 our of the 3! no wonder people cram as much as possible into them!

    I loved everything about my experience ...

    I loved everything about my experience at Public Storage. The ladies were professional, knowledgeable, and very courteous. I did not have one ounce of regret once I swiped my debit card to rent the 5x5 storage space. The site was clean and organized. Although it was a little dated, it still had charm. I will continue to rent from Public Storage as long as you guys keep up the great work!!

All because of a sweet friendly & informative employee Jamie. She Is so helpful and knowledgeable on The exact packaging supplies I'll need When sending out odd shaped or bulky Items.
