    Easy check-in. Not good communication afterwards.

    Everything checking in worked very, very well. It was as easy as anyone could make it. The facility is accessible and very clean. I do have one complaint. A few days later I was trying to access my storage facility and they had surfaced all the access to the storage. They said they had sent out notification of this, but that is not correct. I never received it and I have two units there. Also they had no notification set up at the site to let you know that you could not access your units. I was under a tight time crunch and needed to access my unit immediately with a truck full of storage. It was very inconvenient.

    Fair price, easy access and clean.

    I was impressed with my climate controlled 10x20 unit. Definitely would recommend. Fair prices and friendly staff.

    Easy, clean and very helpful

    The ladies were so very helpful, nice and down to earth. I felt like a fool not knowing how any of this works. Had some silly questions but they never once made me feel silly.
