    neal is by far the best employee I've ever had the pleasure to work with. hands down the best experience renting a storage unit. public storage should be very grateful he's on your team. neal definitely deserves a promotion if that's what he wants. I'd hate to see him leave your merrillville location, but your company would be well served if you promoted him.     After a long trip from the State of...

    After a long trip from the State of Virginia, I found out that U-Haul did not have my storage unit reservation. Public Storage was recommended by a relative, one phone call later and my ordeal was resolved. Thank you Neil and PS, y'all the "BEST"
