Very welcoming staff

When I came in, there was this lovely lady who greeted my partner and I and we had a great conversation while setting the unit in order.

Great customer satisfaction.

Great customer service. There were damages in the unit and we were offered another unit in the event we didn't like what we had found...we were o.k. with it, took pictures of damages for future reference.

It was ok.

Decent. The door was hard to open kind of old.

Had to sweep my unit before moving things in.

Decent place. Driveways/roads between units could use patching. Also check units for cleanliness when people move out.

Convenient and very well priced

I was very pleased with the service I received. It is very close to where I'm staying. I will recommend this place to everyone. I loved the reasonable price.

Gets the job done

Business also doubles as a hiring agency. Sometimes there is a wait while employees are handling other business

They had no record of my reservation in spite of confirming phone call and text

Even though they had no record of my reservation and did not recognize the sender of the confirming text, they were able to get me moved in. The unit had some remnants from the previous occupant and has hives/nests (I believe they are wasps) that I will have to treat.

Best find in storage in years

I haven't rented storage often. Generally, it is a tedious task to locate storage of an appropriate size in a reasonably convenient location. The process went fast and I am more pleased with this storage rental than I can ever remember being in the past. Great location near the intersection of interstates 270 & 255. Dealing with mgt has gone great too!

The staff was very nice and helpful when choosing the right unit for my needs. They were very flexible with me and my changes I needed to make. Overall a wonderful experience.

Very friendly secure and clean

Was recommended to this place by a friend and I see why. The staff are really friendly and make the paperwork process super simple. They walked me through how to get in and out of the facility and showed me which unit was mine.

Nice to get a free month from AAA

A little concerned that we are right next to a pond/creek. There were muddabber or something nests on the walls.

The property is in dis-repair

The property is secured by a tall chain link fence and entry thru the gate requires a security code. However, the gate mechanism to open and close has been broken for several weeks. The threshold to the door that my unit is in, is severely bent. It took me several minutes to get the door closed and secured. There are many units with broken doors. I will keep the unit and hope and pray that my property is safe and secure until I can get it out of there.

Clean, Friendly, and Secure

I am very pleased with my storage unit. I am able to get access 24 hours a day and haven't had any trouble. The staff is very friendly and they have answered all the questions that have came up. The property is very clean and is a secure environment.

i had to sweep it out before I moved in and there are lots of spider webs/eggs but I didn't find any of them to have spiders actually there.
