Diane was very helpful, an asset to your company! she walked me through the whole process so I got the space I needed. This location isn't the closest to my house, it's clean, there's enough parking and I feel comfortable and safe there.

Getting ready for Fall/Winter and was happy to see a friendly face. Diane is fantastic - helpful and friendly. Facility was clean and well kept as always. Good people really do make a difference. A great place all around.

I have to say my experience here has been great! It has always been clean. Any reported issues have been taken care of quickly. Diane has always been awesome professional, and is always ready to answer your questions or take care of any situations that may arise. The extended hours of access for this facility work well for me having to work during the day. Diane makes a difference when it comes to addressing any issues with courtesy and professionalism. Having helped other people in other storage facilities, I can also say that there is better ventilation here than other places I have had to work in. When it comes to time to leave, I realize it will feel like leaving family, but I know it is a place I would certainly come back to as well.

Whenever I need to go to my unit during normal business hours Diane will always ask if there is anything she can do to make my visit. If I need to pay my bill and I am running late all I need to do is call and she will wait for me. Diane is a true professional and makes me feel like I am a VIP and that is why I have stayed with Public Storage for as long as I have (about 12 years Keep up the good work and I will most likely be there another 12 years. Diane is the best. She went above and beyond of what is expected of her to help us with our move. She even called our movers (we moved from out of state) to give them the address and the best way to get to the place and the best way to park. The place is very clean too which made us very comfortable (and our minds at ease) storing our "life" while we are looking for a place to live. Thanks Diane. You deserve a raise.
