The team taking care of the place are the most professional managers the managers at Davis street are real good they found my truck keys I had dropped they put them the desk drawer until I got back

I have had several opportunities, in the past few months, to rent storage space at this location, with the help of Mike and Ron. They know their business details thoroughly and are well-practiced in customer service. Their facility is clean, secure and easy to use. Update: Now I've moved out of two units. Mike and Ron have kept on being helpful, even to pointing out that early in a new month, a move out can be done at a daily rate if there are last-minute snags. I repeat my 5-STARS rating. Second Update: Now I'm back down to 2 units from 5 at the busiest stretch of my family's relocating/downsizing. Mike the Manager continues to be very helpful and, judging by my conversations with his other "tenants," knows this "business" thoroughly and treats everyone respectfully. During the weekends, Ron has been his well-experienced, friendly substitute. These gentlemen are a pleasure to deal with and their location easily earns my 5-STARS again. Third Update: My family's downsizing continues. From one large storage unit into a medium, by discarding, recycling and shredding. Trying to get 15 lbs of keepsakes into an 8-lb bag. Every time I've moved into a different unit it's clean, well-lighted and comfortable. The other renters are friendly and cooperative, which speaks well of the facility and the management; MikeB is especially helpful with suggestions / options and very conscientious about maintenance. 5-STARS !

Public Storage on Davis Street has the best customer service. Mike is always ready to help and goes above and beyond to provide good service. This branch is always clean and I feel safe there. Thanks for everything Mike.
