I have rented from Public Storage before. There are lower prices but your operation provides top end product and services for my needs. Gentleman that checked me in was knowledgeable and able to get me in and answer any questions.

I like the security entry and ease to...

I like the security entry and ease to get in and out. I wish the carts were available all hours instead of just when the office is open. Also, the back elevator has been out of order, would be great if that could be fixed...

Nice and clean, friendly staff, but pay attention to the fine print.

This is a clean facility with friendly staff but make sure you know all of their terms and conditions ahead of time. Your unit isn't reserved completely until you've been to the facility and paid, and you must show up at least 30 minutes before close to complete your unit rental. If you pay attention to all of the fine print, this is a good and cost effective place to use for storage.

I have stored at this Public Storage location for years and I have been impressed with their customer service. I would prefer 24hr access, but I appreciate the security measures they have implemented.

Jackie was awesome. When I was in Virginia Beach she she contact me a few times to make sure my storage would be available and ready when I arrived in Chicago. I unfortunately had car trouble and could not make my appointment. Jackie was able to get me in the next day with the lowest prices on the internet. Thank you Jackie for all your help.

The Manager Marie Was Very Helpful She Made Sure To Explain To Me That My Payment Had Changed And Was Very Respectful And Signed Me Up For Auto Pay I Was Extremely Impressed.. I Come In With Questions Here And There And She's Always Very Open To Answer My Questions And Is Always Very Respectful And Sweet . I Will Always Come To This Location For Everything ..

Very nice facility

The facility is wonderful! My only complaint is that the office is only open til 6 and carts are not available after that. Since my storage unit is on the second floor, and I work until 5 during the week, it makes it difficult to complete my move on my free time. Other than that I would recommend Public Storage 100%.
