    Pricing disappointment

    I have had another space here for years, but wanted the location in Lowell on 159th & Morse because closer to my home & unit that I have kept going up in price. Though I never see activity there, I was told its full. Anyway, I needed a space quick & found this one that was larger & less costly....in my SAME location. When I arrived , & went to sign in, there was no one available in office. Thankfully, the rep on ph line was extremely kind & patient, however when I told them I already had a unit on premises, the price on new unit suddenly went up from $34. to $57. a month. The rep on ph the night prior never mentioned this was only for " new users". The new rep on phone at least gave me a discount for first three months, which I never even received on first unit years ago. I would just appreciate honesty on these price settings & hopefully no high surprise increases like w my other unit. As a senior I need to budget.
