Mr Issac was awesome!! I traveled from Hammond Indiana to assist my sister. We had forgotten the key to the unit! He was unable to cut the lock but was helpful by offering solutions to remedy the issues we faced of need to store the carload of property we had transported!! My frustration level was at an all time high until he stepped in!! Great job Mr Issac!!!

This location was the most affordable price for my needs and was fairly close to my new apartment. My check-in experience was excellent. The service I received from the staff made my moving experience easier.

I just rented a space and Isaac was wonderful. He was very helpful and answer all my questions. I know now I picked the right location. Loretta and Isaac both greeted me with a smile. I very happy.

The main elevators were not working. Every single person was using the really small elevator to move their stuff. Was really frustrating for everyone there. Took several hours to get all of our items up to the second floor. Other than that the place seems fine. Hours could be a bit more flexible. First month free.

Loretta was so amazing and very respectful. Loretta also gave me a detailed explanation on the storage space I was interested in, she took me to see it and everything. I would definitely recommend Loretta and the 2101 West Howard street property, beautiful people and very clean property.
