    Pretty good

    Online reservation went smoothly, got an email with our lock combination, but no door code to get in. The location is not staffed, so had to call the phone number to get the door code, which was quickly resolved. There are no loading docks, just a few small rickety carts and a narrow ramp and doors that you have to open and finagle with getting the carts through. Not the most convenient storage unit I’ve ever had, but the price is good.

    Disjointed communication

    Remote team doesn't know what they're doing. Was told I'd get a call shortly after contacting them for a reservation. Call came the next day after I had completed all the documents. Someone is still calling, 3 days after I'm still getting calls to confirm my reservation. I have the unit number, access code and lock combination. I think my Reservation has been confirmed.
